A shorter version of the Five Animal Qigong routine. This practice will help movement in all muscles, joints, soft tissue, fascia and meridians. It is considered a 'classic Qigong routine' and has been practiced for centuries! Some movements may be a bit challenging so take your time and stay within your comfort zone. Benefits include improved strength, coordination, balance and focus. *This version includes the alternate form of the monkey exercise that many find easier to practice and find Flow with.
