The "Classic 18 Minute" is where it all began! This routine has been practiced by many people all around the world and was the first one ever filmed (produced on DVD back in the day!). Here it is re-done in an old growth forest. An excellent routine for daily practice to circulate Qi in all meridians and build core strength and stability. A progressive practice that can be easy at first, but become more challenging as you focus your intention and stay 'present' with each movement. Maintaining focus, intention and Flow state for 18 minutes can take time to master. Enjoy the journey with this classic routine.
