Circulate Qi through upper and lower, left and right, inside and outside. This practice begins with large sweeping movements to 'cleanse' and wake up the Qi. Next you will move through flowing exercises with the intention of slowing down, moving softly and connecting to Yuan Qi (Original Energy). Then embrace circular movements that allow you to notice and release any areas of tension. End with a feeling of deep relaxation and flow. Take a deep breath and... enjoy!
