A lovely routine to practice 'Song' which is softening and loosening the body through intentional slow movements. Unwind layers of tension by softly moving while reminding yourself to slow down. We all experience the feelings of rush, impatience, or frenzy - and that's ok. Just practice letting it go for now, and sink into a state of relaxed presence - like the rising sun. Take this time to embrace slow and steady movements and soon you will notice how energizing and grounding it can be.
