    Slow down and take in the ocean energy. Breathe. Feel your Qi flow smoothly as you relax into it. Begin at a natural pace, and gradually try to slow the movements down so you deeply relax and store the Qi. This practice strengthens Water Element, Kidney Qi and yin.
