Flow, coordinate and connect your entire body, and engage the natural force of nature.
In nature we find many circles. The water moves from sea to sky and back as rain, the sun and moon rise and fall, the rivers flow down a mountainside around rocks and earth.
There are also circles in the flow of Qi in the body.
This practice allows the space to explore and connect to the circular flow of energy in the body. We begin with 2 Hands Circle - which is an exercise that shares many ‘lessons’ with us. How to coordinate upper and lower body, ‘pulling,’ Song (loosening), and Peng (expanding outward pressure) are a few skills we can practice in this routine.
Focus, practice fully engaged, or even when your attention is drifting - this routine will be helpful to create circular softness!
