This practice will help move the Qi in the center of the body, around the throat, lungs, solar plexus, mid back, and heart.
The area in the center of the body (heart, lungs, and throat area) are considered the ‘middle jiao’ or middle heaven. These are important energy centers, chakras, and meridians that benefit very quickly from Qigong practice.
The movements are expansive, sweeping, and releasing.
The routine begins with forceful exercises that will move Qi stagnation, then evolves into slow, gentle, and full movements that will give you time to return back to a state of harmony and calm!
