This month, I invite you to explore a simple shift that can bring a surprising sense of ease to both your practice and your daily life. By tuning into this idea, you may notice more energy, less tension, and a smoother flow through your day. For June, I included some routines we haven't featured in awhile. Some to boost your mood, others to strengthen the body, and some for the beautiful settings so you can feel one with nature and really sink into the moment.
