The heart gives us life, produces the blood and is the source of our compassion, kindness, and love. As wonderful of a system as it is, it can be harmed by stress, excessive emotion, anxiety, worry and loss. This routine includes deep breathing, point stimulation and heart opening exercises that will release tension during the practice and afterwards. This gentle routine will help nourish the heart system so your 'Emperor' can flourish and keep all the kingdom happy and joyful! 🏰 💗
