☀️Welcome to JULY! 🌺 Summer is here and the Yang energy is at its strongest! Many of us are spending our Qi on tasks and getting things done, but it is important to make sure that we are receiving energy back. ☯️ This month we will focus on being purposeful with all of our tasks so that our Qi flow is harmonious within our meridians and our environment.
