🎄Welcome to DECEMBER! For many it is a time of merriment, connection, and fond memories! This month includes some Five Element and winter practices to keep your body warm, strong and balanced. Thank you for being here and I hope you enjoy the December practice schedule. May you flow through the holiday season with grace and flexibility. The challenge for this month is "Dear December!" It is about finding, noticing, and holding 'dear' memories - before and during our Qigong practice! 💟
