The theme for this month is "Movement March!"🏃♀️ Movement in general, is beneficial on so many levels. This can be as simple as going for a brisk walk.🚶♀️The important thing is to just keep the body moving. For many people, a few minutes of light movement or exercise before Qigong, helps get them into the Flow state faster. 🌊 As little as 5 to 10 minutes will make a difference!
