Welcome to your NOVEMBER challenge! π Every month we have a new challenge to help deepen and focus your practice. The theme for this month is "Neutral November."π Qigong is a wonderful practice for maintaining health and wellness of the body. It is also really helpful for building resilience and character. As there is a lot going on in the world right now, it's good to have plenty of resilience. During this month, we can use our skills that we have learned over our lifetime, with Qigong cultivation to bring ourselves into a state of balance and neutrality. I hope you have a wonderful month!
