🍃 Welcome to SEPTEMBER! 🌻 We are entering late-summer time of year. A time when the earth energy is strong and we notice a shift in the weather and sunlight. This is a time of transition and a wonderful time to practice Qigong. The challenge for this month is "Sensational September!" Notice what you feel with all of your senses in the body, whether that's the wind blowing, a scent in the air, and how your body feels. This will help you connect to nature and sink deeper into your practice. Hope you enjoy! 😊
