Useful information and tips for back pain including simple Qi Gong movements and acupressure. Focus is on gentle, slow movements to stretch and relax muscles. The Qi Gong exercises stimulate the Kidney and Bladder Meridian which affect the back. Start slow and move within your own comfort level. If you experience any discomfort with the exercises then stop. Make sure to have a proper physical exam and diagnosis from your Doctor or Physical Therapist first.
