In this series, you will learn all about Five Animals, a popular routine practiced for centuries to strengthen and maintain the body while stimulating the meridians and internal organs. Developed by Hua Tuo, the famous Traditional Chinese Medicine doctor, this version includes Tiger, Deer, Bear, Monkey and Crane.
