Beginners and New Members Start Here

A series of videos for new members to start with. Welcome and enjoy the journey! This series starts with a welcome message from Jeff, followed by an introduction to the history of Qigong, then instructions on how to each exercise in the Spring Routine. The Spring routine is an excellent beginner practice and can actually be done in ANY season! The movements are easy to do and it's a good overall wellness practice. After you watch this series, you will be able to comfortably follow along with the Spring routine.
