Beginner Lesson
Welcome to Qigong for Vitality with Jeffrey Chand. If you're a beginner then this is a good place to start. You'll find an introduction to Qigong history, and suggestions on how to choose routines. Afterwards, you will move through a lesson where you will learn how to do the "Spring Routine," which is a great routine to start with. There will be a quick 'warm-up', then individual instructions on how to do each of the five movements that are found within the 'Spring Routine'. Once you have learned how to do each one then you will be ready to do the full 10 minute Spring Routine afterwards. After you have practiced the Spring Routine regularly, then you can move onto the "30 Days of Qigong."
Welcome and enjoy the journey! :)
