Hi there! Welcome to Qi Gong for Vitality with Jeffrey Chand. If you're a beginner then this is a good place to start. You'll find a quick 'warm-up' before we start then individual instructions on how to do each of the five Qi Gong exercises that are found within the 'Spring Routine'. Once you have learned how to do each one then you will be ready to do the full 10 minute Spring Routine afterwards. Welcome and enjoy the journey! :)
