Learn the proper form and technique for "Spinal Twisting." Start with standing - feet flat on the ground, lower back flat, shoulders rolled back, chin tucked in, knees slightly bent and arms at your sides. Turn from your waist, keep knees bent. Hips lead the direction of the turn but turn from the waist. Keep eyes fixed on something ahead of you. Breathe naturally. Let arms fall freely at sides with each turn. If you have back pain, consult with your Doctor or Physical Therapist before doing this exercise. Be gentle and don't try to increase your range of motion. This exercise is for increasing circulation, not flexibility. For more details on Spinal Twisting, see this video: https://qigongforvitality.vhx.tv/videos/spinal-twisting-details-6-mins
