Learn how to assess which routine is best for you based on how it affects your body, mind and "Xin" Qi.
Jeff's Suggestions:
Practice a routine regularly for a period of time to notice how it affects you and to get the greatest impact from it.
If you are a beginner or have just joined the site, watch all the videos within the “Beginner Lesson.” In the beginner lesson, you will learn the history of Qigong and the movements in the Spring routine. Ideally do the Spring Routine everyday for two weeks and notice how you feel after practicing regularly.
Then start on the 30 Days of Qigong. The 30 days will take you on a journey to explore different exercises and gradually build up to longer routines. It's organized into three main sections, each approximately ten days, with guided practice focused on: breath, movement and intention. The 30 Days of Qigong is meant is to get you into the habit of practicing daily and is a pathway to get you there.
After you have finished the above, you can start exploring the routines in different sections.
