Cheerful Meridians is a full body practice that moves Qi through all the meridians, collaterals, internal organs and soft tissue. It can be practiced daily or when you're feeling particularly 'stagnant.' You can also choose this routine if you're feeling aches and pains, muscle tightness or poor balance. Some of the exercises may be challenging at first - but just take your time and aim for progress. By the end, you'll leave feeling invigorated, clear minded, grounded and cheerful! 😀
