Take a moment, tune into what your body, mind, and Shen are feeling and allow yourself some space to heal.
This 23 minute Qigong practice is an invitation to slow down and soften.
The movements are circular, spacious, and unhurried.
While the practice does not name any specific emotion, it is especially supportive during times of sadness, grief, loss, or when thoughts and feelings need time to settle and be understood.
This is not about fixing or forcing anything to change. It is about giving yourself permission to feel, to process, and to be exactly where you are.
Through exercises such as Parting the Clouds, Heaven and Earth Circles, Prayer Wheel, Brush Knee and Twist, Repulse Like Monkey, and Flying Crane, we encourage Qi flow through the meridians, soften the chest and shoulders, calm the heart, and reconnect upper and lower body.
The circular movements help ease tension and encourage a sense of inner spaciousness.
The practice concludes with Metta Qigong. From the center of the palms, we send love and kindness outward to others, to the earth, to anyone or anywhere that needs it. Then we turn that same love and kindness inward, offering it to ourselves.
This closing can feel deeply nourishing and restorative.
If you are moving through challenging times, or simply need a quiet moment for yourself, this routine offers a calm and supportive space.
Move slowly, breathe naturally, and allow everything to Flow - with kindness!
