You can even work up a sweat! Explore by starting slowly and allowing your legs to become stronger and more stable. Over time you can increase the range of motion and invigorate your Qi. Move at your own pace and within your comfort zone. Take breaks and work up to it gradually. This practice is helpful for Wood, Fire and Metal elements.
