Calm Heart Qigong is a gentle flowing practice that will help relax and open the chest, heart, throat, and middle of the body through soft circular movements, and the 6 Healing Sounds.
Filmed in a peaceful oak forest surrounded by blooming camas flowers, this practice invites you to slow down, soften tension, and reconnect with a calm, grounded feeling within yourself - that is always there!
This routine includes flowing movements such as Prayer Wheel, Opening to the Horizons, Guiding the Qi, and other gentle circular exercises that coordinate the upper and lower body while encouraging release through the shoulders, chest, and upper back.
The practice concludes with the 6 Healing Sounds to help harmonize and settle the body and mind.
This routine is especially helpful when you feel emotionally tense, overstimulated, unsettled, fullness in the chest, or simply want to return to a state of calm.
