The Practice of Effortless Action
Move gently, move lightly, move with presence, and feel tension begin to melt away as your Qi flows freely.
Many of us are used to working hard and putting a lot of effort into everything we do. There is certainly a time and place for that.
But there is also wisdom in knowing when to soften, breathe, and let go of the unnecessary tension and pressure we place on ourselves.
This practice is an invitation to explore the balance between effort and ease.
As your body relaxes, your movements become smoother, your breath deepens, and your Qi can circulate more naturally.
Drawing on the Qigong principle of Song (softening and releasing) and the concept of Wu Wei (effortless action), we'll gently encourage the heart to open while supporting the smooth flow of Liver Qi.
