This is a great morning or mid day practice to help release excessive tension, breathe, and to build your Qi and energy.
This practice has a short warm up with a few exercises to help posture and alignment, some general Qi circulation practices, then simple Horse Stance (Zhan Zhuang) exercises that will help to harmonize and store the energy.
