Breathe, relax, and gather Yin energy as a peaceful slowness washes over you with Harvest.
This routine focuses on building the Yin energy of the Kidneys, Liver, and Heart, and helps you cultivate a ‘deep’ energy.
As nature shifts from the bright Yang and the summer, to the cool rest of winter, we aim to build our Yin energy to support our rest.
This routine can help with tension, anxiety, hormone issues (for men and women), settling the mind, building the lower body energy (in the Dan Tian), and help you find deep rest. This all builds the Yin energy which will support and balance your bright Yang!
This routine was filmed on the Harvest Moon, during the sunset, with visiting whales spouting in the background!
You can’t see them, but they decided to join in the practice!
