This month's challenge is "Make-it-Happen-March!" Choose one healthy habit and make it happen. March is about giving yourself permission to do something YOU want to do! In the first few minutes of each Qi Gong practice, focus your intention on your goal. The guidelines are:
1) Make it something you've always wanted to do
2) Make it realistic - something you can achieve
3) Make it affirmative :)
