This practice centers around “Pushing the Grass” which is a simple movement that can have profound benefits.
When we have been around a lot of activity, chaos, and people, sometimes we feel as if we need to clear the space around us, our Wei Qi. This exercise is excellent for this!
When we clear our space we are better able to practice healthy boundaries so we can give our energy, yet stay balanced within ourselves.
