Refresh the Qi Series

Refresh the Qi Series

Make some space, take a breath, bring yourself into the Present, and simply practice.
Refresh the Qi is a series of simple, short, and harmonizing Qigong routines that you can use when you don’t have much time but you still want to invigorate your Qi.

Like shaking out a blanket, opening the windows to let fresh air in, or … these routines can help you stay consistent with your practice.

Routines can be practiced when you have a few moments in the morning, mid day, after a busy day, or in the evening. If you are waiting, overthinking, worried, or feeling stressed these routines will all be very helpful.

The intention of the practices is to quickly return to a state of Flow, without too much focus on the ‘deep work’ that Qigong can be helpful with. Sometimes we only have a few minutes to spare - which is a great time to “Refresh the Qi.”
