Feeling a little stuck, tight, and need to release the upper body?
This routine will easily help freshen and ‘move through’ tension, leaving you feeling open, relaxed, and playful!
Often we need to physically loosen the body, and sometimes we also need to release the tightness that we have in our mind. This routine can easily help this!
We begin with some gentle stretches and exercises to loosen the shoulders, neck, and upper back, then begin to connect upper and lower body with Scooping the Sea, and animal movements, then conclude with some Dan Tian breathing to cultivate the Qi.
Relax, smile, and let your Qi Flow!
