There are many reasons to practice Qigong. Perhaps we are practicing to:
- increase energy
- reduce stress and relax
- stimulate natural healing of body and mind
... but the "real reason" to practice Qigong is ... to simply 'Feel Good'

When we feel good, our body can heal naturally, our mind is clear, and we can maintain a clear perspective on what we are doing.
Feeling good sounds like it should be 'easy' but sometimes it is not. Often we need to remind ourselves to find what we need.
This approach to Qigong allows us to have 'space' so we can find what works best for us!
