Harmonizing Pain, Emotions, and Qi Flow
Qigong is a gentle and harmonious practice that can support us in many subtle yet transformative ways.
At times we may experience physical discomfort, emotional stress, grief, anxiety, sadness, or overwhelm and our instinct is often to try to “fix it.”
Sometimes action is what is needed, but other times what we truly need is space for relief.
In this Qi Chat, we will explore:
- Pain on physical, mental, emotional, and energetic levels
- Different approaches to understanding and working with pain
- How Traditional Chinese Medicine and Qigong view pain
- Ways to create relief through Qigong by allowing space in the body and mind
Then, we will practice a unique Qigong routine together to help harmonize the body, mind, and Qi.
