This practice brings together the wisdom of the Earth element with the flow of the Micro Cosmic Orbit, one of the most important pathways of Qi circulation in Qigong.
By supporting the spleen and stomach energy, this routine helps restore balance whether your system is deficient or excessive, guiding the body back toward harmony.
We'll stimulate the acupressure point Zusanli (ST36), which improves digestion and the stomach function.
We'll also practice the “Prayer Wheel” and "Guiding the Qi" exercise, which nourishes the Qi and strengthens your Earth element.
We'll also practice circulating Qi through the Micro Cosmic Orbit which is incredibly helpful and considered one of the most important practice in Qigong.
This routine can help settle the mind, harmonize digestion, and create a grounded sense of well-being!
