Hope and Healing will help you slow down, breathe, and create space for healing to happen naturally.
Through flowing movements, mindful breathing, and intention (yi), we gradually release unnecessary tension and invite the body and mind into a state of spaciousness, and balance.
You’ll move through practices including Parting the Clouds, Willow in the Wind, Brush Knee and Twist, Cloud Hands, Heron Spreads Wings, Flying Crane, and Expanding the Dan Tian and more.
The practice concludes with the Six Healing Sounds, followed by Horse Stance allowing the healing energy cultivated throughout the practice to settle throughout the body and go where it needs to go.
This routine can be practiced while standing or you can modify to practice while sitting.
Just find Your Way!
This practice was filmed in the "Hope" region of the Cascade mountain range in Canada. There is the town of Hope in the area, and feeling of hope in the practice 🙂
