Movements such as 'Big Bear Walking,' 'Plucking the Stars' and 'Flying like Crane' maintain flexibility in muscles, fascia, soft tissues and tendons. Activate Mingmen ('Gate of Vitality'), Ren meridian and acupressure point Gallbladder 20 (Fengchi) with this strengthening routine.
