Let's welcome the winter, and practice Metta on the shortest day of the year!
In this Share Some Holiday Qi-R (Cheer) meeting we stop and connect as a Community for a few moments. It's nice to hear each others voices and stories.
In this Qi-R meeting we discussed a few ideas about the winter solstice, members connected in breakout rooms, shared their Qigong stories, then we practiced Metta together to create a warm and healing energy!
Thank you all so much for being here and engaging!
