Release any tension held in the chest or middle body. This practice will help circulate Qi around the throat, lungs, solar plexus, mid-back and chest. The areas in the centre of the body (including heart, lungs, throat) are considered the ‘middle jiao’ or 'middle heaven.' This region holds important chakra areas, and the traversing meridians benefit very quickly from Qigong practice. Movements are expansive, sweeping and releasing.
The routine begins with dynamic exercises to clear any Qi stagnation, then evolves into slow, gentle movements to return back to a state of harmony and calm.🧘♀️
