Welcome to the 10 Day Meditation Challenge!
Join me for the journey ahead. The daily meditations in this series are primarily audio files. This is intentional as it allows you to close your eyes, listen to the meditation and 'go within'. The first two lectures include video as they are an introduction and overview to the meditation experience. After that, you will be listening to audio for each of the ten days. I suggest you close your eyes as you listen so that you can fully relax and enjoy the experience.
