Strengthen all Five Elements with this flowing routine. All while in a seated position! Join Jeff in the lush, moss covered forest as you move and build your Qi! Increase circulation in the shoulders, neck, middle, and upper back through a series of 'tensing and relaxing' while practicing "Retain the Breath" technique. The movements will gently encourage good posture and core strength. Practice at your pace and comfort level. The exercises can be done with minimal movement and still have a great effect. Concludes with a simple breathing meditation to increase your underlying root energy.
