In this mini course you will learn about EFT, Emotional Freedom Technique, or what's referred to as "tapping."
This is a very simple technique where you tap on specific acupuncture points with your fingers, while saying specific words, or in silence.
EFT is helpful for many conditions, particularly excessive emotions, stress, anxiety, worry, overthinking, as well as pain, discomfort and physical tension.
Tapping works well to use after Qigong practice.
