Enjoy the full Five Animal Qigong routine, a classic that has been practiced for centuries! Another name for it is "Five Animals Frolic" which connects to the playfulness of the practice. Movements strengthen muscles, improve flexibility, lubricate joints and support all internal organs. Some exercises may be a bit challenging, so take your time and move within your comfort level.
