Follow along with "Parting the Clouds" a Qigong exercise that can be used to help depression. Do about 10 repetitions and focus on the breathing technique. Let go of any tension, worries and stress. Feel it all melt away with this exercise. Breathe in the "good" and breathe out that which no longer serves you. Doing this exercise for 3 - 5 minutes will give your mood a lift!
