Take a breath, create space, and find relief from what is troubling you!
If you are feeling physical discomfort, mental emotional upset, or if things just 'don't feel right' you may be feeling "Pain."
"Pain" is natural, exists throughout life, and it is a sign that we need to pay attention to something. Pain what the body holds on to. If we hold too much pain, our health and vitality can diminish,
This routine is focused on making space for "Pain" and allowing it to release - when the time is right.
We don't have to force healing, we just have to create the space for it to happen.
This routine moves the Qi throughout the entire body, and focuses on releasing the chest and heart area, allowing ourselves to find the healing state.
This simple practice is repeated twice - allowing you to sink deep into Flow!
