You will be guided through a series of movements that balance the Five Elements through graceful animal practices. Begin by 'sweeping' the meridians then nourish each of the Five Elements through Tiger, Deer, Bear, Monkey and Crane movements. Exercises will improve balance, coordination and strength. Finish with a gentle grounding exercise, inviting you to connect with the Earth and absorb warm sunlight energy.
