In a time of uncertainty and heightened emotions it is good to feel rooted and grounded. 🗻
Imagine a tree swaying in the wind. If its roots are strong, it remains grounded and steady.
When the wind settles, the tree naturally returns to stillness - back to center.
In the same way, our Qigong practice helps us develop the ability to come back to our center, no matter what’s happening around us. 🙂
In this Qi Chat we will discuss:
