A recording of the "live" Qi Chat from February 2024 on "Bladder – Great Yang.” Throughout 2024, we will be taking a journey through the 12 meridians and systems during our monthly Qi Chats! Each month we will focus on one meridian. *The routines we will practice will be from the Full Body Flow series – so you can even practice ahead of time if you like (but you certainly don’t have to!) Just show up and we’ll learn and practice it together! This month we will focus on Bladder meridian. We will discuss some of the main functions according to Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and explore Qigong concepts that can support it.
In this “live” Qi Chat, we will discuss the Bladder system, the “shu” transporting points, the Water element, stretches and some intermediate details of the exercises in the routine. Then we will learn and practice the “Great Yang” routine together! The routine practiced in this Chat can be found on its own here: https://qigongforvitality.vhx.tv/videos/great-yang
