"Gentle Intention - Let's Practice"
Qigong is very good for relaxing and strengthening the body, muscles, and joints.
It is also an 'intention practice' that uses our mind for healing, insight, and connecting to our deepest wisdom.
The key is to create 'space' to practice Qigong with intention (also called Yi).
In this Qi Chat we will:
discuss intention in Qigong practice and life
talk about how intention enhances the effect of Qigong
do a simple intention exercise, and
practice incorporating intention in Qigong
