Crisp and Clear - Gentle Intention (18 mins)
Long Practices (all routines over 15 mins)

18m
Inhale, build your Qi
Exhale, nourish your intention!
This practice is warming, helpful for the back, neck, shoulders, and balance, and focuses on sending Qi to your intention.
It includes the Flying Crane, and Part Horse's Mane series 🐴
Qigong is the combination of movement, breathing, and intention.
Without intention Qigong is just an exercise - which is fine 🙂
When we use intention in our practice the benefits of Qigong are greatly enhanced!
Intention doesn't have to be complicated or fancy - it just has to be authentic.
It can be healing a sore part, increasing energy, improving emotional resilience, or finding Flow in life. Your intention is what you connect with in the moment.
So take a breath, let your Qi Flow!
