Long Practices (all routines over 15 mins)
•
25m
Breathe, relax, and nourish the Yang Qi and the Ren meridian.
When we are feeling depleted, burnt out, and tired we need to not only rest, but replenish the root energy.
We especially need to strengthen the Yang energy which gives us vigor, warmth, and active energy.
Nourish Ren engages Yang breathing which builds and warms the energy, and helps nourish the Jing and reserve energy so we can do all the tasks we need to do.
Breathe, nourish, and let your Qi flow!
